Now you have to do backup again of the type of particular database file shown in Picture
WHY BACKUP OF WP_OPTIONS, WP_POSTS, WP_USERS REQUIRED
| WP_OPTION | This is required because your all word press Plug-in detail are stored in this option table and after backup done in your new hosting when you activate your some of the plug-in will block your page and website will not work .so at that time your have to restore the back up again which is wp_options by your Control Panel which make your website run again and after that your have to uninstall the plug-in which made error and stop your website. |
| WP_POSTS | This is Required because all of your post and page are store in this file and when you do restore of your backup .some time post and pages are not restored correctly. so if you created the only back up of wp_posts then insted of restoring all backup you can restore only wp_posts file to get publish all of your pages. |
| WP_USERS | This is required because all restore of back will be done and you will try to go to wordpress admin login and it will show error because during time of restore your backup not restore correctly .so instead of restoring all database backup again restore only WP_USERS |
How to create the backup of WP_OPTIONS, WP_POSTS, WP_USERS
Click on WP_OPTIONS→EXPORT→Custom -display all possible options→Tick on Add drop table statement→Click on GO→Download database file
