Uploading Picture and Signature is very complex process for taking admission in Mumbai University (IDOL). The process is very keenly have to be followed and you must have some knowledge of this process.
So i have just youtube the process so you must learn and make other learn and you should be not get dependent on other for only filling the form and uploading the Picture and Signature.
Mumbai University inorder to protect their server from heavy load attack they have define some mesure and KB of the image need to be uploaded while taking the admission.
