After So long it has been, the back query of MTNL was blocked which is ?idd=59.162.166.215 and this made the user very sad but now no waiting any more i have provided the new back query and all the procedure of free MTNL 3G GPRS will be same which was previously used.But for your convenience I will provide all the procedure again .

MTNL SETTING FOR DELHI SUBSCRIBER
Create New GPRS Setting in your mobile given below
APN :- mobiletv
Proxy :- 172.16.31.10
Port :- 9401
User Name:- mtnl
Password :- mtnl123
MTNL SETTING FOR MUMBAI SUBSCRIBER
Create New GPRS Setting in your mobile given below
APN :- mobiletv
Proxy :- 172.16.39.10
Port :- 9401
User Name:- mtnl
Password :- mtnl123
The Trick is based on Back string (back query) and Dotproxy. I tried it on my sim with balance Rs. 0
First you have to download Dot proxy inorder to work this trick.

the back query or you can say back string you have to use is
?idd=119.252.215.73
SEE THE PROCESS HOW TO CONFIGURE DOT PROXY
Start Dotproxy – click on options
In General tab set local listen port to 1234
And proxy for Mumbai user as 172.16.39.10 : 9401
And proxy for Delhi user as 172.16.31.10 : 9401
Check the Enable box as shown in below SCREEN SHOT Below.
Click on add and paste this 0:?idd=119.252.215.73 then click on Ok.
Tick the box which u have added now. and also tick mark the enable box as shown below.
4. In internet explorer / Mozilla / Opera set it to use proxy as 127.0.0.1 and port 1234
5. In download accelerator and manager, set the proxy to 127.0.0.1 and port 1234
I m getting speed almost 50 – 70 KBPS .
Use your freedom or Proxifier for opening https sites.
