I have given you the procedue below .it should be followed only after when your internet is activated and also get know that in mobile 3G means WCDMA.So the term WCDMA means 3G this have to be remember always

After activating your internet .Open the application and click on WCDMA only which is 3G script and click on the Refresh option and click than update
